Wilford is excited to introduce Olive & Elm, a new restaurant concept bringing a fresh take on fine casual dining to Waconia. Led by Twin Cities restaurateurs and brothers Peter and Philip Hoff, Olive & Elm will blend the ease of everyday dining with the elevated quality of chef-driven cuisine.
The menu will celebrate seasonal ingredients and Minnesota's agricultural roots, featuring locally sourced meats, fresh produce, and creative takes on classic dishes.
A curated beverage program will complement the menu with local craft beers, approachable wines, and specialty cocktails, creating a dining experience designed for connection, comfort, and community.
